it came from mars

Today was a little interesting, I woke up from feeling rather shitty from my two hours of sleep. I’d been sneezing all night, something seemed to have pissed my sinuses off yesterday. Anyway, I dragged my half naked ass outa’ bed threw on my clothes & popped down town because I was in need of some Toothpaste & Kitchen Roll.

Still being half a sleep and walking pretty fast, weaving in and out of the old people in the mini-mall, a little girl steps in my path, so I step around her. Now, I had quite a quick pace going, I couldn’t stop quick enough and my legs, in the words of Richard Pryor, said “Fuck it then!” and I hit the ground.

I was wearing my brown corduroy jacket so I slid a fairly impressive distance and hit the back of my head on one of those stands that sell cheap jewellery just missing this old dear standing there. So laying there on the ground, I smile at the old lady to tell her I’m kewl but she gives me this look of disgust so I loudly say “What?!” in a ‘what’s wrong?’ tone of voice and she walks off. I get up check my shit & I’m on my way again. While I was walking off the person attending the stand came round and also gave me a disgruntled look, like me making an idiot out of myself was an affront to him.

So, I go buy my shit & head back home and I did it all without bursting in to laughter, aren’t I a good boy. People must have thought I was crazy because after I stacked it, I was walking around with a big fucking grin on my face.

On the way home, I also felt nice enough to talk to one of those clipboard folks doing surveys, I know, I know, me talking to someone & outside I might add, its bordering on blasphemy, Jordan would be so proud.

I get home, munch my bacon & chicken sammich that I got from the local shop and have me a cup of tea. That’s not all the excitement I had either.

Guess what I have in my hands (no, not that), Its Fallout 3 & an empty box because I put the new 4GB of RAM in my PC. YAY!
